I have 4 of these pens and none of them dissolves like that at all. Like they barely get dissolved. What am I doing wrong????

I bought these in 2022 but just opened them today. I can't get anything to come out of them. What could be wrong? Do I press down or dip in water or are they useless now since I never opened right away?

How on earth is it possible for you to make every horizontal and vertical line perfectly straight with no lines of rulers? How?

I know, long after video has posted, but you can also tell the Tombow soft and hard brush pens apart by the silver square on the hard brush pen versus the gold square on the soft brush pen.

how do you revive it? My tombow apt pro marker's tip has been fraying. And the tip is a lighter color than the base. No to little colour comes out, how to fix this? Does dipping in rubbing alcohol work?

I bought the full set of markers and didn’t get a blending pallet. Where do I get one and where do I get the permanent marker? I also was disappointed there was no swatch sheet.

Interesting but doesn't look as whimsical as using real watercolors. I bought 30 of these and just like her demo, it looks too much like it is done skillfully using markers.

I bought three packages -- grey tones, jewel tones and pastels. I was all excited but they are a HUGE disappointment. It is more like something done with markers than something done with watercolors. Not transparent enough.
